As a quick note, Alexander is the only person to have broken the trend and picked The Pirates! instead of ParaNorman for the 5th slot in the Best animated feature category
Only 2.5 days left but I still encourage you all to send your guesses to me at aswinn92@live.com!

I’m personally hoping that Zero Dark Thirty will pick up an award – hopefully for best director for Kathryn Bigelow. Other than that, Silver Linings Playbook and Skyfall are my other favourites but have a feeling they will be overshadowed by other entries. Adele has to win best song…………..surely?
I loved Skyfall too but the academy has a history of ignoring bond movies, so I have a feeling that’s going to continue
Very true, Bond films often either don’t get nominated or are just ignored when it comes to the award. Shame because 50 years of Bond and iconic films are snubbed. Glad you liked Skyfall too
